Component form palisade fencing is what it says, a palisade fence compiling of quite a number of component parts which bolt together like a mechano set. All too often the weakest link ends up being the bolts. The panel consists of 2 Nr horizontal rails and 17 Nr vertical pales connected together with 34 Nr bolted connections, giving intruders ample opportunity to vandalize and gain access.

With welded palisade fencing, the vertical pales are welded to the horizontal rails in the factory prior to the galvanising process, thus eliminating the 34 Nr potential weak spots, offering an end product with a higher degree of security over the component form. Should someone want to gain access, they have to mechanically remove the pale with some form of cutting equipment as opposed to tampering with a bolt.

Welded palisade also provides a solution to quickly secure your site. With no need for on site assembly of the panel, the erection squads can install the fence quicker than if it were the traditional component form.
